Relationship between the Empowerment and Organizational Effectiveness of Employees in Social Welfare Centers

Abstract
This study alms to identify direct and indirect causal effects between the variables of empowerment and organizational effectiveness perceived by employees in social welfare facilities, who are committed to improving the living quality of others. Also, based on its verified results, this study intends to present ways to improve working conditions of employees in social welfare facilities and raise their organizational effectiveness. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. a multi regression analysis was conducted to verify the factors influencing organizational effectiveness after controlling organizational effectiveness as a dependent variable and general characteristics as independent variables. The factors Which significantly influenced organizational effectiveness were found to be gender, age, work experience, meaningfulness, and impact.
